Unmissable - Most recommended! The excellent company. They looked for us and left us where we were stopping. The trip has divine landscapes. Hopefully they will be lucky enough to have Alfredo as a driver or guide because he is the best Salteño we met.

The view of the landscape... - The view of the landscape and the opportunity to see Tilcara, Purmamarca and Humahuaca. My guide did a great job in English

Long tour with a friendly driver - The guide (the driver) was very nice and spoke english very well. He was open for additional questions and gladly answerd them. We were picked up at the arranged hour. The trip is quite long and includes lots of driving due to large distances. The places we visited were Purmamarca (45 min), Tilcara (30 min) and Humahuaca (2 hours) with some smaller stops for sightseeing in between.

- The walk was very interesting. The guide passed all the information about the place. They were also punctual at the search points, but it seems that two people, who hired the tour, were late, and left the guide upset. I missed having a microphone to hear better. The driver passed through the road holes without slowing down. So, there were several unexpected pulses.

Nice experience - Nice excursion, very good driver-guide, the trip was a little tiring, little space in the transport for such a long trip

Very touristy - The tour is beautiful, the only thing I didn’t like was that the stops at the hill of the 14 colors and the painter’s palette were not exactly from points to take photos, I personally took a couple but from a long way. In addition, it is a tour focused on spending, very touristic to my taste considering and knowing the history of these places, there are many facts and details that were not commented. For example, there was no visibility whatsoever to the local peoples, no community was ever named and they were only homogenized as “original peoples”, while if there were mentions of colonizing Spaniards, I would say that it is more for a preference in commenting on biased historical data than for something else. Don’t take people to buy crafts without explaining where they come from, who produces them, why the choice of materials, etc. It's a disrespect.

Not as expected - The early morning hotel pick-up was significantly delayed, which was frustrating as we were prepared and ready within the communicated 45-minute window. Several advertised tour stops were either cancelled or drastically shortened, some to half the planned duration. Conversely, the first toilet stop was excessively long and as we stopped at a blatant tourist trap.

Did not follow itinerary- avoid these cheats - The itinerary was not followed. The itinerary on the Viator app said we would spend 45 minutes at the Tilcara ruins. At first, the guide seemed unaware of it, and said maybe if we had time we could see it. Then he said it was closed on Mondays, and the tour was on Monday. It is closed on Mondays, but why put that in the itinerary then? I only took this tour to see the ruins, so I wasted a whole day and my money. The guide did not apologize or provide any compensation - he seemed to think it was not their responsibility for not following the itinerary. These guys are cheats- avoid.
