• Hue - The guide and cyclo will collect guests from their hotel in the center of Hue city to embark on a street food journey. As they leisurely traverse the city’s most scenic paths, including the charming roads surrounding the Citadel, they will leave their worries behind and dive into Hue’s lively culinary landscape.
• Dong Ba Market - Next, the cyclo will transport guests to the initial stop, Dong Ba Market, the busiest market in Hue city. Here, visitors can observe the local buying and selling of food and sample many of the ingredients used in nearly all Hue specialty dishes, as well as fresh local fruits. After tasting local snacks or purchasing some souvenirs, the journey continues to the historic and colorful Trang Tien Bridge, which, along with the Perfume River, forms a unique symbol of Hue city.
• Hue - Following this, the cyclo will take guests to several local restaurants. This is the opportunity to sit and savor the finest local dishes of Hue while listening to the guide’s explanations on their preparation and consumption. After enjoying a series of meals, guests will return to the cyclo for a city tour and enjoy Vietnamese coffee before heading back to their hotel. The tour concludes here. If the tour is taken in the evening, there will be a stop at the night walking market to enjoy additional local food while strolling around.
