• Thuy Xuan Incense-making Village - Thuy Xuan is the largest incense-making village in Hue, known for its distinctive fragrance and high quality for hundreds of years. Visitors can smell the incense in the air upon entering the village. Although traditional methods take more time and effort compared to modern techniques, they preserve local traditions. Thuy Xuan incenses come in various scents like cinnamon and lemongrass essential oils. Made from environmentally-friendly and healthy materials, local incenses are bright yellow and pleasantly scented. Initially, bamboo sticks were painted brown or red, but now they come in a variety of colors such as purple and yellow.
