Departing from Huaraz, Lagoon 69 is a stunning turquoise lagoon situated beneath the majestic Chacraraju Mountain. From Huaraz, the first stop will be at a restaurant (where guests can purchase a picnic if needed) for breakfast. Following this, the group will proceed to the Huascarán National Park checkpoint to purchase entrance tickets. The journey continues through the Llanganuco ravine, visiting the Chinancocha lagoon and passing by the Horconcocha lagoon without stopping, until reaching Cebollapampa (3850 meters), where the hike begins. The trail ascends in a zigzag pattern for approximately 3 hours to reach Laguna 69, a breathtaking turquoise water mirror located at 4650 meters above sea level, surrounded by the snowy peaks of Chacraraju and Pisco, which reflect in its waters. The return hike takes about 2 hours to the point where the transport was left, and then the group returns to Huaraz by vehicle. The tour concludes around 6:30 PM - 7:00 PM.
