Hongcun Ancient Village - Upon arrival at Huangshan Airport, Train Station, or Bus Station, a private guide and driver will greet you with a sign displaying your name, ensuring a smooth and secure transfer.

Tunxi Ancient Street - Situated in the heart of Tunxi’s old city, this street features hundreds of well-preserved old shops, evoking a bygone era with their simple and elegant architecture. Enjoy a leisurely stroll among the ancient buildings and hunt for bargains.

Hukaiwen - Discover the Hu Kaiwen Ink Factory, a hidden gem on Tunxi Old Street. Established centuries ago, it is renowned for producing the finest traditional Chinese ink. Full Day Hiking on Mt. Huangshan (Yellow Mountains).

Mt. Huangshan - Spend a day and night on the Yellow Mountains. It’s about a 1-hour drive from central Huangshan City to the base of the Yellow Mountains. Begin your adventure at the Yungu cable car. Don’t miss the breathtaking scenery during the 10-minute cableway ride up to Mt. Huangshan.

Your professional guide, fluent in English and knowledgeable about Mt. Huangshan, spends over 200 days a year in the mountains. They will tailor a hiking route just for you. Feel free to engage with them and make the most of their expertise!

Yungu Temple - Located at the base of Mt. Huangshan, you’ll take a cableway from here up to the Huangshan Mountains.

Shixin Peak - After the cableway, walk to the lofty Shixin Peak (Begin-to-Believe Peak, 1668m) to gaze over cloud seas into the distance.

Xihai Great Canyon - For energetic hikers: After the cable car, walk about 30 minutes to the hotel, seeing Umbrella Pine and Black Tiger Pine along the way. After lunch, explore the West Sea Grand Canyon. The entire hike lasts over 3 hours, covering the 1st ring, 2nd ring, and bottom of the canyon. If time and energy allow, further explore the Flying-over Rock and watch the sunset at Bright Summit. It takes about 40 minutes to return to the hotel.

For beginners, children, and seniors: After the cable car, walk about 30 minutes to the hotel, seeing Black Tiger Pine and Dream Flower Pine along the way. After lunch, walk to the West Sea Grand Canyon. Decide how long you’d like to walk: reaching the 1st ring and returning takes about 2 hours; reaching the 2nd ring and returning takes about 2½ hours. Then enjoy the sunset at Cloud-dispelling Pavilion. It takes about 30 minutes to return to the hotel.

*The West Sea Grand Canyon is closed annually from December to March.

Guangmingding - If time and energy permit, spend an hour exploring the breathtaking Sky Sea Scenic Area. Witness the stunning sunset from Bright Summit, the second highest peak at 1840 meters.

Sunrise Hiking on Mt. Huangshan and Departure from Huangshan.

Mt. Huangshan - Rise early, around 5 to 6 a.m., to catch the stunning sunrise at Yellow Mountain. Head to the Refreshing Terrace, just a short walk from Beihai Hotel. On clear days, watch the sun’s golden rays pierce through the mist, illuminating the rocky peaks above the fluffy clouds. After enjoying the view, return to the hotel for a delicious breakfast.

Huangshan - Conclude your Mt. Huangshan adventure with the Yungu Cableway back to the base. Your guide will assist you in collecting your luggage and boarding the vehicle for transfer to the airport or train station for departure.

You can also store the luggage at the foot of the mountain. The cost is about CNY20 (US$4) for each piece.
