Hvar much more than wine tour - Dinki, our guide was fantastic. He was knowledgeable friendly had so much to share. It was especially meaningful as he grew up on the island and had a great perspective on the history and changes. Loved our winery Vina Caric. The whole trip was so much more than what we expected.

Wonderful wine tour of Hvar - Our 3 hour wine tasting tour of Hvar was wonderful. It was much more extensive than my daughter and I expected. Our guide was very knowledgable of the history of the town and drove us all over the island. She showed us beautiful scenic spots up the mountain and showed us vineyards. She was very friendly. We ended at a quaint and charming wine bar for a wonderful five wine tasting experience. We were taught about the wines and were told perfect pairings of cheeses, meats or chocolate! I highly recommend this tour!

Great guide, made the experience! - Great having a local guide to bring knowledge and personal touch. Very informative and great fun.
Small group good, winery nice with good selection included. Maybe a bit transactional vs personal touch but shared lots of information.
Loved the tour of the area and finding out more. Our guide made the whole experience.

Awesome island historical adventure - Great informative day with Urska. Wine tasting and island education. Perfect day with many beautiful off the beaten track villages. She shared so many wonderful tidbits of information about the island. The wine and food tasting were amazing. We ordered a whole crate of wine. Thank you so much! We saw a beautiful side of the island.

Fabulous tour. Basically,... - Fabulous tour. Basically, a local man (named Dinko) with a van and stories of the island. We got to see the Hvar countryside and the terraced hills where the lavender fields used to be. We also had a wine tasting at an authentic winery off the beaten path

Great Tour Guide and Intimate Experience - We loved our tour guide!! He picked us up promptly at the Hvar bus station and got us back safely. The tour was just me and my boyfriend, which was a nice intimate experience. Along the tour, our guide would pull over at various locations along the road and let us see great views and provided us comprehensive history of the island. He had lived there all his life, so he had many stories to tell. We went to one winery in a small village which had delicious wine and snacks to pair.

Hvar island tour & wine tasting - Our guide Dinko was born & raised on Hvar and was able to share his wonderful experiences of growing up in country of an ever changing political and social landscape.
A great day out, we had a lovely time, and some delicious local wines to boot!

Not advertised truthfully! - Supposed to be 3 hours but driver picked us up 1/2 hour late & dropped us off early. Sat at the same winery for 2 hours with five- 2 oz pours! Ridiculously expensive at $120 per person for one winery & a minuscule amount of wine amount of wine!

Overall a very disappointing experience - The title "Hvar wine tasting small group experience" is misleading. The first 1-1.5 hours were spent visiting key spots (ie Fort Napoljun) in Hvar with Dinko (our tour guide). We were then dropped off at a winemaker to sample a few wines for approx. 1 hour. From the very beginning it was clear Daniela (the hostess) did not appear to want to be there. She made a face anytime we asked a question about the wines claiming that she would make it up if she had to. Drinking water was not provided until I asked what the normal glass on the table was for. She then gave out to me for not asking for drinking water sooner. Overall a very disappointing experience.
