If a tour must be canceled due to stadium operations, we will offer a full refund or reschedule whenever possible.
• Access to the main pitch or trophy rooms is not always guaranteed. If a training session or official visit takes place unexpectedly, access to these areas may be restricted.
• We kindly remind you to be punctual, as arriving late means you’ll either have to join the tour already in progress and miss part of it, or wait for the next one according to the schedule.
