Friendliness and... - Friendliness and professionalism unfortunately leave something to be desired. After a delay of about 25min the person came running along and after the participants were put on the appropriate life jackets and belts it was said that the wind was too strong. You would be informed by phone how and when to proceed.
In general, it would be desirable to treat tourists accordingly (punctuality, courtesy, Welcoming) in a country that thrives on tourism, among other things.
