- Tram Tours at the Space Center are subject to availability determined by NASA dependent on seasonal & staffing factors.
- In the event of bad weather, travelers may opt to reschedule for another date free of charge at their own discretion.
- The NASA Historic Mission Control tram tour included with select packages is non-refundable and can be cancelled by NASA due to inclement weather.
- The 1-hour Tunnel Tour may be unavailable due to federal holidays and/or inclement weather. In this event, travelers will be offered a partial refund or option to do the extended 2-hour tunnel tour for an available date.
- Failure to arrive on time may result in a postponed tour subject to tour availability or an abandoned tour if we do not hear from you in advance of the scheduled start time.
- Children below age of 6 are welcome to join the tour but require their own valid ticket.
