Early departures will arrive within an hour of the Space Center’s opening and enjoy a fantastic array of exhibits, including the impressive Independence Plaza, International Space Station, Rocket Park, Life on Mars, Artemis, and trams!
Utilize our NASA Tip-sheet to effortlessly navigate the Space Center and plan your visit. Benefit from tips to find the top attractions, exhibits, presentations, and even register for complimentary trams inside the Space Center! All visitors will have approximately 5 hours to explore the Space Center at their leisure before boarding the shuttle back to Downtown Houston.

- Tram Tours at the Space Center are subject to availability determined by NASA dependent on seasonal & staffing factors.
- To best ensure all Tram Tour availability, we would recommend choosing the earliest (9:30 AM) departure times.
- In the event of bad weather, travelers may opt to reschedule for another date free of charge at their own discretion.
- Children below age of 6 are welcome to join the tour but require their own valid ticket.
- Failure to arrive on time may result in a postponed tour subject to tour availability or an abandoned tour if we do not hear from you in advance of the scheduled start time.
- Not recommended for travelers with limited mobility or require frequent stops

Tour incl transport to NASA - We had to visit NASA when in Houston. The transporation van was comfortable and our driver, Mike was pleasant and courteous. NASA didn't dissappoint even with the passing showers due to Hirrocane Bertha hitting the Gulf. Dont miss the Mission Control Tour (added charge) but pro tip, do all the tours first, then the movies, then the rest of NASA.

Houston Space Center Tour guide (Meredith) -
Our driver was prompt, professional, and exceptionally courteous, making the trip comfortable from start to finish. Our tour guide, Meredith, was absolutely outstanding! Her knowledge of the Houston Space Center was extensive and truly impressive, and her passion for NASA was both inspiring and contagious. She brought every exhibit and story to life with enthusiasm and expertise. Meredith was also incredibly attentive, ensuring that every member of the group felt included, comfortable, and well taken care of throughout the tour. She made the experience memorable, engaging, and enjoyable. We couldn’t have asked for a better guide and highly recommend this tour!

Had fun - Overall fun. Price was reasonable. Spent 4 hours there which was enough amount of time. The trams running to other areas were slow and not run properly. They need to revamp this process!

Well worth the visit - Transportation was on time and efficient, good communication. Well worth the extra for a guide - learnt so much and Meredith had a personal connection so got so many extra insights. Did get a very last-minute notice of a change of time due to off peak policy which we were not expecting.

Convenient and easy way to visit NASA!! - The drive was nice and so convenient, loved not having to worry about renting a car, dealing with traffic and parking. It was also nice being able to get our entrance tickets and Mission Control tickets on the shuttle. I did four stars because I wish the driver had given us hints on must see activities and had told us to make our first stop at the customer service desk to get the free tram tour tickets. We didn’t do that so when we finally made our way over there one tour was completely out of tickets for the day and another had no availability before our 3pm departure. We still had a great day and there was plenty to do to fill our time but this will be helpful for future visitors.

Disappointed. Be there early! - Disappointed. Not at all the same great experience as the center in Florida. Much smaller and many of the “attractions” are for kids. Missed all of the tram tours, all fully booked by 12:30. These are probably the highlights but since I wasn’t able to go I don’t know. Too bad, really looked forward to this.

Confused. Isit - We went there and they said you get two tram rides first will be around the park and the to Rocket center and we said that that we want the others and they said those are sold out. Then they did the around the park and dropped us by the Rocket and when asked which one this no one seem to know.
So it was confusing. Seeing the actual Rocket was exciting.organizations zero. Not a great impression if you come another country or state and told sorry sold out.
