• Downtown Houston - Please arrive 5 minutes prior to the departure time at the lower level or “tunnel-level” of the Bank of America Tower (800 Capitol Street, Houston, TX 77002) for check-in and to take advantage of restroom and coffee facilities before heading to the NASA Space Center. Seating is available near the Boomtown Coffee Shop.
• Space Center Houston - Guests will have approximately 5 hours to explore and enjoy the NASA Space Center with our guide before being picked up at the Space Center’s main entrance/drop-off area. There is a 15-minute window for pick-up.
• Bank of America Tower - After spending 5 hours at the NASA Space Center, our Mercedes Shuttle will typically depart from the NASA Space Center entrance to return all guests to the original downtown meeting point at the Bank of America Tower.

Guests will have approximately 5 hours to explore the Space Center at their leisure before returning to Downtown Houston on the shuttle.

• Failure to arrive on time may result in a postponed tour subject to tour availability or an abandoned tour if we do not hear from you in advance of the scheduled start time.
• Children below age of 6 are welcome to join the tour but require their own valid ticket.
• In the event of bad weather, travelers may opt to reschedule for another date free of charge at their own discretion.
• Not recommended for travelers with limited mobility or require frequent stops
