We loved the balloon ride once we were up in the sky! We were just a bit confused about the plan right before we got there, if everyone showed up at once vs pouring in little by little and how long it would take to set up and head out, etc. Also didn't know there would be other balloons taking off at the same time, but we didn't mind! It was neat to watch them since we can't see our own balloon from afar. I must say though we were a little thrown off that we found out we had a fourth passenger joining us, as we weren't told that at all. We thought it was just the three of us for this booking. But overall we still loved it! Esp. going through the trees and grabbing some leaves was quite the thrill !!! My only two cents is it would have been nice to just get a little more information for a few of the smaller details that I mentioned above. We just weren't sure what was really going on when we got there. That's about the only "critique" I would give. I was so pleased we flew farther than the other balloons, because that would have been disappointing to land so quickly! Tyler was super nice and very knowledgeable and got back to me very quickly about where to park once we arrived at the meeting spot. We were glad we didn't cancel our original booking when the weather was bad. I was ready to cancel but gave it one more shot and postponed to a new date instead. The toast and certificates were a very nice touch once we got back to the cars; we were not expecting that at all! Very sweet gesture. I would definitely recommend this flight if you can afford it.

I enjoyed it very much, it was worth the wait. Our pilot was very knowledgable & explained alot to us. Had a very soft landing, I was really impressed. Would love to do it again.

It was first time in a balloon. Experience could not have been better. Tyler is a great pilot and very knowledgeable about its history. I'd go again in a heartbeat.
