A great trail ride!! The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is because the ride started about 40 minutes late.
Had a great time!! Will be back.
Both the staff and the horses are kind hearted, welcoming us for the first time warmly. I would like to go there again all means.
It was first time riding for us and we had so much fun. Our guide Sam was very patient and helpful. We booked online and it was super simple and when we arrived everything was on time. Loved the experience.
Sam the trail guide went above and beyond helping my 6 year old son who thought he wanted to ride by himself. We started off tandem. My son was very uncomfortable. Sam got off his horse, put my son in his and walked along side up and thru your beautiful trails. The whole time keeping up his great respect for the horses, sense of humor and all around good nature. Now my son wants to ride alone. Thank you Sam you turned a scary situation into a positive one that will stay with him and us forever. See you next time.
Josh was the perfect guide. We were all inexperienced and he knew exactly which horse to pair us up with. I came with my daughters, ages 7, 11 & 12. It was very enjoyable and we really hope to do it again!!
This is a great place to come for fun! The horseback trail ride was the best we’ve been on and my kids LOVED the zip lines!! Very well run and friendly!
The tour itself was very good, so were the guiders, they did their job well. However, one of the guiders was making our entire visit less pleasant: once we get on the shuttle bus, he started the talk with a question "Is there anyone served or serving the US military?" A mid-aged man raised his hand. ... "We appreciate your contribution ..." so far it is understandable to us, although we don't know why a greeting start with this topic, then the guider (J) said:"US is the country of freedom, 'something comparing US to the other countries", still, understandable --- an US citizen loves his country. When we start changing the suit for wild cave, J talked with us in Chinese "Where are you from?". "China". I moved on to the next room, several minutes later, my friend came and told me J served in US army before and his story/history which he felt quite proud of. Still, respect your feeling and beliefs. Then we went to the cave. Between each small tours, visitors would be gathered together so the guiders can give some instructions for the next steps. However, basically each time, J talked something in Chinese, then turn around talking to the US people something like: I know you are probably worry about some hygiene issue or have food concerns when I was speaking Chinese ...haha! just kidding...." Excuse me? It is not interesting to us! He might make one or two people who like these wield "jokes" laugh, but it is very uncomfortable to us, let alone there were a couple of times. My English is not as good as a native speaker, probably there was something I misunderstood, J knows for what purpose those jokes were made or what exactly he said. We came the Mammoth cave for a travel and we are all students in an university, why would we suffer those political or even 'offensive' talking when we were in a tour? Yes, the wild cave tour is amazing, we appreciate the guiders' help and work, but truly at least half of the please was taken away by those purpose-oriented talks. You might agree with your employee and think the US is a great country. In many ways, we think so too, but politeness is common thing around the world I think? Or once again I will be told :" This is America, we say whatever we want."
The horseback trail ride was amazing! The tour guide was super friendly and helped me feel safe. It was obvious he loved the horses and his job. The trail took me by surprise at first, seemed a little scary as I was a first time rider. Within a few short minutes I felt completely safe and comfortable. Loved it! It was a mother/ daughter day and we has the best time. Definitely want to do this again!
Sam, the Lead on our Trail Ride really took the time to pair our three kids with the right horse. All three kids have little to no experience and he really showed great patience and the ability to relate / teach them. Also took us on a Ride with actual terrain and we were left fascinated by how the horses maneuver across the land. Great time. Sam is the best.

Fabulous time! My fifteen year old niece from Chicago said "this was hard core horseback riding!" My 10 year niece did great too! Beautiful trail! Great guides! Highly recommend!!!
Sam was a joy to be around, very knowledgeable about the horses and matched us all according to our strengths. Will definitely return!
I made a mistake and bought the wrong day. When I called they were really nice and told me to come in on the day that I need and accommodated me. The tour was good and the tour guide, Josh, was helpful as well. Would recommend to others.
The guide did a good job and everything wet smoothly. My daughters loved the horses.
We had fun on the horseback ride and the guide was very funny and nice.
We seem to hit the jackpot when we signed up for this trail ride. The fall weather was more than we could ask for. Our guide Sam gave individual attention to those who needed it and make sure everyone had a great time, and the horses were absolutely beautiful and well trained.
Friendly staff! They are awesome!
