My wife and I had a wonderful time. The drive from Myrtle Beach to Charleston was comfortable and safe. The Carriage Tour was enjoyable. We learned a lot in a short period of time... Wow, there is a lot of interesting history in Charleston. The tour guide was wonderfully knowledgeable and funny. I highly recommend it.
Throughly enjoyed it, we were staying in Myrtle Beach. They picked us up at the appointed time. Great time no driving, and plenty of things, great deal!
A very well organized excursion to Charleston. Convenient to have pickup at the hotel. Carriage tour was very enjoyable and informative, and the scrumptious lunch was indeed very good. We took the option of visiting Patriots Point, which was very interesting. The bus is quite comfortable, and the driver was very professional.
It was an excellent day trip. Wendy, our driver, always made sure to tell us where to be and when if she wasn't already with your group. Richard stayed on top to make sure you knew where to be and when for the pickup. Everything ran smooth. Lunch was outstanding. It was worth every penny. I highly recommend this your!!!!!
The "bus" shown on the website was complety different than the shuttle vehicle we had. The bus had no bathrooms. The driver did accomodate by making one bathroom stop on the way there and the way back. The lunch restaurant was poor. The choices offered had NO salad choices and NO other vegetables of any kind. The only side dishes offered were red rice and hush puppies. The restaurant was not "authentic Charleston" at all. Poor service and below average quality of food.
