Night 1: Hanoi - Lao Cai by Overnight Train (No Meal)

Night 1: Hanoi - Lao Cai by Overnight Train (No Meal)
Old Quarter - 20:30 PM: Guests will be picked up from their hotel in the Old Quarter. If the hotel is outside this area, please kindly meet at our office at 39 Ngõ Huyện, Hoàn Kiếm, Hanoi for transfer to Hanoi Train Station.
Hanoi Railway Station - 10:00 PM: The train departs, and passengers will spend the night on board. The journey takes approximately 8 hours.
Day 1: Lao Cai - Sapa - Y Linh Ho - Lao Chai - Ta Van - Sapa (B, L, D)
Lao Cai Railway Station - Around 06:30 AM, guests will be welcomed by the tour guide and driver upon arrival at Lao Cai train station, then transferred to Sapa village via a shared tourist bus. The bus ride to Sapa takes just over an hour, offering glimpses of stunning landscapes and impressive rice terraces.
Sapa - Upon arrival at the hotel in Sapa, guests will have access to a basic room for refreshment, followed by breakfast before embarking on the morning tour.
Ta Van - 09:30 AM: Begin the day with a 6km walk southeast of Sapa along Muong Hoa Valley to Y Linh Ho village, home to the Black H’mong. Continue walking another 3km to Lao Chai village. Stop for lunch in the village. After lunch, trek through rice terraces to Ta Van village of the Tay minority. The trek is relatively easy, though the trail can be slippery if it rains, so good footwear is recommended.
Sapa - 15:00 PM: Return to Sapa by shared bus and check into the hotel. Guests will have free time to explore Sapa town, especially its market with colorful handicrafts. Enjoy dinner and an overnight stay at the hotel in Sapa Town.
Day 2: Cat Cat and Sin Chai - Sapa - Lao Cai - Overnight Train to Hanoi (B, L, D)
Cat Cat village - 8:00 AM: After breakfast, begin the second day by exploring villages located about 4 km southwest of Sapa, including Cat village, home to the Black H’mong people. This trek offers stunning views of a picturesque waterfall and the remnants of a hydro-electric power station built in the early 20th century. Observe local villagers working in the paddy fields and children playing. Capture close-up photos of water buffaloes, pot-bellied pigs, and chickens. Lunch will be served in the village at noon.
Later, continue hiking another 3km to Sin Chai village, located at the base of Hoang Lien Son Mountain with Fansipan Peak, known as the roof of Vietnam and Indochina. Enjoy panoramic views of the village and more photo opportunities before returning to Sapa Town.
Sapa - Check out of the hotel and have lunch. Enjoy free time to explore Sapa Town before the bus transfer back to Lao Cai Train Station at 17:30 PM.
Lao Cai Railway Station - Dinner will be served at Lao Cai train station before taking the overnight train back to Hanoi. Arrival at Hanoi Railway Station is around 6:00 AM. Guests will return to their hotel independently. Tour concludes.
