Old Quarter - Guests will be picked up from their hotel in Hanoi’s Old Quarter or the Hanoi Opera House between 6:10 AM and 6:30 AM. The journey to Pu Luong Nature Reserve takes approximately 4.5 hours, with a brief stop along the way.

Pu Luong Nature Reserve - Arrival at Pu Luong Nature Reserve is scheduled for 11:30 AM. Guests will check in at their hotel or homestay and enjoy lunch. From 1:30 PM to 2:00 PM, embark on a relaxed trek through Pu Luong’s trails, exploring terraced rice fields, rolling hills, and local villages. Engage with locals, learn about their daily routines, and observe traditional activities. Visit a local spring for a refreshing pause and witness local craftsmanship, including stilt house construction. Experience local cuisine and culture in a traditional village setting. Return to the hotel for dinner between 4:30 PM and 5:00 PM.

Pu Luong Nature Reserve - Between 8:00 AM and 8:30 AM, guests will be picked up at their hotel or homestay. The guide will lead them to Lan Village through rice fields and mountains. Visit a Thai household to see silk weaving from cocoon to textile and try weaving silk. Next, visit Chieng Lau Village to observe traditional farming practices and ancient waterwheels in action.

At 10:00 AM, embark on a scenic 4km trek from Chieng Lau to Cham Stream. Along the way, stop at a traditional local house to experience genuine hospitality and immerse in the region’s culture. At 10:45 AM, arrive at Cham Stream for a bamboo rafting adventure, relaxing through lush forests, rice fields, and charming villages. Enjoy a delicious lunch on the bamboo boat at 11:30 AM. Conclude the day by exploring the local landscape, including rice paddies and streams, before returning to the lodge in Pu Luong by 4:00 PM. Enjoy free time and dinner.

Cycling, Cooking Class, Buffalo Cart Ride - Hanoi (B,L)

Pu Luong Nature Reserve - Between 8:00 AM and 8:30 AM, guests will be picked up at their hotel or homestay and head to the Bamboo Bridge over the Ma River. Enjoy scenic views and observe local artisans at work. Cross the bridge and cycle through Chieng Ai Village. Visit local families, learn about rice wine production, and taste homemade rice wine. Explore a traditional home, hear historical stories, and join a cooking class to enjoy a family-prepared meal.

After lunch, relax before experiencing the natural BMW, the buffalo cart ride. The buffalo, a cherished member of the host family, will take guests to where the car awaits, sharing the region’s culture and hospitality.

From 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM, bid farewell to the beautiful Pu Luong Nature Reserve and take the bus back to Hanoi.

Old Quarter - After a 4.5-hour drive, guests will arrive back in Hanoi and be dropped off at their hotel between 6:30 PM and 7:00 PM, concluding the 3-day/2-night Pu Luong trip. Thank you, and we hope you enjoyed the trip.
