Hanoi – Pu Luong (L, D)

Old Quarter - 06:45 AM: Guests will be picked up at their hotel in Hanoi’s Old Quarter to travel to Pu Luong Nature Reserve. The journey takes nearly 5 hours, including a short break along the way.

Pu Luong Nature Reserve - Upon arrival, guests will enjoy lunch and check in. There will be free time to relax before boarding a vehicle to the starting point of the afternoon trek. The trek begins with crossing a hanging bridge over the Cham River, passing through Ba village with its traditional houses. Guests will admire the Thai ethnic minority’s ingenious agricultural system, featuring bamboo waterwheels, which are among the most impressive in Vietnam. The day concludes with a serene bamboo boat ride, adapted for tourism but still used by locals for travel and visiting fields. Guests will return to the Retreat to relax in their rooms or swim in the infinity pool. Dinner will be served in the Eco-Restaurant, followed by a peaceful evening at the bar or by the pool.

Pu Luong Explorer (B, L, D)

Pu Luong Nature Reserve - An early breakfast prepares guests for an exciting day. They will board a van to the trek’s starting point. On Thursdays and Sundays, there is a stop at the local Pho Doan market. The trek begins on a small dirt path, passing an isolated hamlet and through the jungle, leading to the higher part of Hieu village with stunning views. As guests descend to the waterfall, they will see local houses. There is free time to enjoy the waterfall, with swimming and water hiking depending on the season. Lunch is a “Garden to Table” experience at a homestay with ethnic minority people. After lunch, guests can rest and relax in the village before returning to Pu Luong Eco Garden. There is free time to relax at the hotel, either in the room, by the infinity pool, or exploring an easy walk around Bang Village. Dinner and overnight stay at the Retreat.

Pu Luong - Hanoi (B/L)

Pu Luong Nature Reserve - Breakfast is served at the Retreat before starting the trek to Kho Muong Village & Bat Cave. The trek begins along a small alley near traditional Thai stilt houses, leading to beautiful viewpoints of the infinity rice terraces. From the hilltop, guests will gradually see Kho Muong village and appreciate its uniqueness. After exploring the village, guests will walk to the cave entrance, with the option to visit the cave depending on weather conditions. Guests will return to Pu Luong Eco Garden to shower and check out, followed by lunch at the restaurant. There is free time to relax or swim in the infinity pool before departure.

Old Quarter - 18:30 - 19:00: Arrival back in Hanoi with drop-off at the hotel, concluding the 2-day Pu Luong trip. Thank you, and we hope you enjoyed the experience.
