Unbelievable,only 2 hours north of Hanoi - This is a must tour from Hanoi,such an amazing place,the boat ride blowes you away scenery,mountains,caves.Our tour leader Rickey keep us ahead of the crowds.

Really great day trip to Ninh Binh! - Picked up by a luxurious bus with a wonderful tour guide who had great knowledge and very friendly. Early buffet lunch with good variety and a good amount of time at each stop on the itinerary

fantastic day - Excellent trip covering so many activities. It is a tiring day but so worth it! The pick up and journey was smooth and easy as was every activity. I would just say that 2 hours in the boat at the end when it is so hot was a bit too much

Amazing Experience - Our guide “grace” was super friendly and kind. We love this tour, we can’t visit mua cave because rain what a pity! We chose the ancient city and it was fantastic we arrived there with bycicles! Thank you

Burning calories in Ninh Binh - The views were amazing. I'm a disabled veteran with bad knees, but I managed the bike ride. In hindsight, should have rental the scooter..lol Could not manage the 500 step hike to the top of the mountain, but still got some great pics. Very hot and humid, drink lots of water. I'll be back in Dec-Jan..much cooler. The buffet lunch was nice, and had air conditioning. The only meat available was mystery fish and Goat 🐐, so I just had some pork spring rolls.

ONE OF THE BEST! highly recommended tour! - Amazing trip! Well organised, food provided is fantastic, yhe itinerary and the guide are all 100/100. Trust me, this tour and the tour provider are no doubt one of the best experiences for me.

VIP Service Oversold - Greta chance to visit Ninh Binh with a number of fun activities. Tour guide was great, but VIP service was oversold. The “limo” is actually a bus with upgraded seats. There are no television monitors, or frees drinks (aside from water) or anything like that. Restaurant was more cafeteria style with a buffet. Certainly not a 5 star experience

Trip interrupted by vehicle maintenance - The day started with our bus (not limo) breaking dowbefore first rest stop. Took visit to 3 garages to find a repair to fix it. They sent us ahead in taxi but by then we were 2 hours late. The temple was nice but lunch a the 5 star restaurant was pick over and cold because we got there late. BTW restaurant is rated at 3.6 on Google. The highlands was the Nihn Bihn boat ride which was 2 hours long. By the time we got to Dragon mountain it was dusk and we could not risk our 70 year old bones coming down in the dark so we missed that portion because of the delay.
The tour guide was fantastic and did everything in her power to make it enjoyable but the delay just kind of ruined the day.

Scam Company - Viator should be ashamed to sell tours for this tour operator. Everything in this tour description is a misrepresentation. In more than 15 years of buying tours from Viator in various countries, we have never had an experience as terrible as this one. To begin with, they never responded to any messages sent through Viator until the night before the trip., on that night they messaged on WhatsApp that the Limousine bus advertised in the trip description has a problem and transportation will be with a modern comfortable bus. They even sent a picture of that. It ended up being an old minibus with zero leg room and failed shock absorbers. Then , they refused to pick us up or drop us off at our old quarter hotel as promised in the tour and already booked even though their supposed guide had texted and confirmed the night before that they are doing that. We had to pay for our own transportation each way. Two of the three major activities advertised in the tour never happened. There was no cycling offered and by the time the tour got to the mountain steps, it was dark already. The reason for that was the fact that despite having advertised that the maximum number of people will be 17, the guide kept picking up local passengers at different stops. That continued to a point that the number of passengers exceeded the number of the seats on the bus! So , from that point on, the guide will leave one group at the stop , transport another group and then come back for the first group. This in reality was not a tour. It was more like a shuttle service for local people to visit attractions.
We have requested a refund from Viator but have not received any answer yet. Our advice to everyone is that IF YOU SEE CONNEK TRIPS or COXI on your voucher , cancel the trip immediately
