HANOI - NINH BINH EXPLORE AND OVERNIGHT IN HOMESTAY/BUNGALOW (L/D)

Old Quarter - 07:30 – 8:00: The guide and driver will pick you up from your accommodation in the Hanoi Old Quarter Area, Hanoi Opera House, or the Tour Office at 39 Ngo Huyen Street, Hoan Kiem, Hanoi. If you are outside this area, they will head to Ninh Binh for a 2-hour drive.

Hoa Lu Ancient Capital - 10:15 - 10:30: Visit Hoa Lư, the ancient capital of Vietnam from 968 to 1010. This is an opportunity to learn about Vietnamese history during the feudal system under the Dinh, Le, and Ly Dynasties.

Tam Coc - 11:45: Enjoy lunch at a restaurant featuring a variety of local dishes.
13:00: Explore Tam Coc on a 1.5-hour bamboo boat ride. Be captivated by the enchanting beauty of the paddy fields, river, water, clouds, sky, and the stunning cave system during the boat trip. This area is often referred to as “Ha Long Bay on land.”
14:30: Continue the tour with a 45-minute cycling journey around the village to discover the local lifestyle.

Mua Caves - 16:00: The final destination is Mua Cave, often compared to the “Great Wall of China.” Climb 500 steps to reach the top of Mua Cave for a breathtaking panoramic view of Ninh Binh and Tam Coc.

Ninh Binh - At the end of the day, you will be taken directly to a Homestay/Bungalow for check-in, followed by dinner at the restaurant there. Enjoy free time to relax and observe the local people and village life. Spend the night at the homestay/bungalow in Ninh Binh.

NOTE: FOR DAY 1: You have the option to choose another day tour instead, such as the Hoa Lu Trang An Mua Cave Group Tour with Bike.

TRANSFER NINH BINH TO HALONG BAY - OVERNIGHT ON CRUISE (B/L/D)

Ninh Binh - 6:45- 7:00: After breakfast, check out from your room in the Homestay/Bungalow. A shared limousine bus will pick you up from your accommodation in Ninh Binh and transfer you to Halong Bay for an Overnight Cruise (No guide during transfer).
(The drive to Halong Bay takes approximately 4 to 4.5 hours.)

Halong Bay - Arrive at Tuan Chau Marina - Halong Bay between 11:00 AM and 11:30 AM. Relax in the cruise’s lounge while waiting for the group and guide from Hanoi. Welcome aboard, meet the captain and crew, and enjoy a welcome drink as you learn about life onboard. Check into your cabin.
Enjoy a delicious lunch while cruising towards Ha Long Bay. Explore the Surprising Cave, the most beautiful cave in Ha Long Bay.
Visit Titop Island to swim or climb up for a stunning view of Halong Bay. Continue cruising to a quiet area while admiring the beautiful seascape along the way.
Return to the boat, enjoy the Sunset Party on the sundeck, and participate in a Cooking Class to learn how to make Vietnamese spring rolls. Try making them yourself – it’s a wonderful experience! Evening relaxation: Dinner is served. Socialize with other guests, play board games, fish for squid, or simply relax.
*Overnight on board: Enjoy clean, air-conditioned rooms with private washrooms.

HALONG BAY - TUAN CHAU MARINA - HANOI (B/L)

Halong Bay - Have breakfast on board as the boat begins cruising to the Natural Preservation Zone. Kayak to explore the area or visit a floating house to learn about the daily life of local fishermen.
Return to the cruise. Take time to refresh and relax before checking out. Bags can be stored in the luggage area. Continue your cruise, exploring the Bay and passing Ba Hang fishing village, Dog Islet, and more.
Enjoy lunch. Disembark at the harbor, Tuan Chau Marina, between 11:00 AM and 11:30 AM.

Tuan Chau Island - After the boat returns to Tuan Chau Marina, relax in the cruise’s lounge while waiting for the transfer back to Hanoi (approximately 30 to 40 minutes).

Old Quarter - 12:00: Say goodbye to Halong and board the transfer back to Hanoi City for a 2.5-hour drive.
14:30 - 15:00: Arrive in Hanoi and be dropped off at your hotel/accommodation in the HANOI OLD QUARTER AREA. Tour concludes.
