Great early morning photo-walk - Nguyen is a very experienced photographer and a great communicator with a friendly, relaxed attitude. He adapts each walk to suit the level of the photographer. I had a mirrorless camera. I am reasonably familiar with its settingand have some experience, while another participant was a relative beginner with an iPhone. Nguyen provided lots of guidance and brought us through the old town, with its bustling early-morning activity. I highly recommend this photo-walk.

Excellent! - If you're visiting Hanoi and looking to improve your photographic skills, do yourself a favour and spend a morning with Nguyen. He's a born teacher and a really nice young man - flexible, accommodating and knowledgeable. He guides and answers any questions. I recently joined him, his assistant and another woman for a morning. At the end of the session there was a valuable feedback session where we all commented on each other's favourite few photographs, saying why we liked or didn't like the photos, what worked and what we could do to change or improve the photos. Walking classroom on Photography - In an unhurried way, Nguyen took me through the streets of Hanoi, across 3 suburbs with very different vibes. Took lots of pictures, focusing on a technique of choice. In my case, Framing. At the end of session, we sat down for coffee and the feedback on selected pictures allowed the theories to come alive! Very nice workshop! - Nguyen lets you look at everything that is on the streets of Hanoi in a different way. You will also visit neighbourhoods you would not otherwise see, he gives good tips and ensures contact with the locals. Recommended!
