Begin the adventure by exploring the culinary delights of Hanoi like a true local, venturing into the Hanoi Old Quarter. Participants will have the opportunity to savor green papaya salad, fried spring rolls, Pho (beef or chicken noodle soup), Banh Cuon (steamed stuffed pancake), Banh Mi, and Hanoi draught beer. Throughout the tour, not only will guests enjoy these delicious local dishes, but they will also learn about the ingredients and preparation methods. Additionally, they will be introduced to cultural, historical, and religious sites such as the local market, Heritage House, and the ancient city gate of Hanoi Old Quarter. -
Old Quarter - 11:30/20:00:
Our Barista will provide information about the class, including the history of Vietnamese Coffee, Egg Coffee, and Phin Coffee. Participants will follow the process to create the renowned cup of Egg Coffee.

MAKING COFFEE USING A PHIN (FILTER).
The history of the Phin (Filter) will be shared.
Instructions on brewing coffee with a Phin will be provided.
Recommendations for the ideal coffee for Phin brewing.
Brewing ratios will be discussed, followed by a step-by-step demonstration of using a Phin. -
MAKING EGG CREAM.
The history of egg coffee and our unique recipe will be introduced.
A step-by-step demonstration of making egg cream will be conducted. -
EGG COFFEE ART IDEAS.
After pouring the egg cream into the coffee, participants will have the chance to decorate their own exquisite cup of egg coffee. Enjoy your creation at the end!

Authentic food tour of Hanoi - Super food tour of Hanoi with local guide.
The meals were very good and balanced.
The guide was able to give interesting insights into Vietnamese culture.

Incredible experience - Our guide was fantastic and very personable. She took her time explaining each dish to us and gave us a lot of insight into the culture and history of the Vietnamese people. All of the food we had was incredible. The atmosphere was amazing and we discovered a lot of hidden, authentic Vietnamese establishments that were off the beaten path. Would definitely do this again when we return to Hanoi.

Hanoi street food tour - Very nice tour through the old quarter, trying different dishes at different small places, which you as tourist do not easily find yourself. Most of them we loved! During the tour also a lot of know abouts explained by our enthusiastic guide.

Do it! - Ben my guide was great! Very professional and knew what he was talking about. He asked me questions as well and was very sweet when crossing the roads. The food was amazing! It is nice to have someone walk you around because most of the time you have no idea what they are selling. Really nice tour and worked recommend it for every traveler.

Smiling beautiful friendly guide - Trung guide started the tour by showing how to comfortably cross the road in complex Hanoi. The tour was comfortable and enjoyable with a good manner as the first impression and a beautiful smile. The guide seemed to be loved by many people with good humanity. That means it was comfortable. Finally, you will be able to answer some questions qualitatively so that you can have fun during the rest of your trip to Hanoi. When I return to Hanoi, I'm thinking about a food tour with Trung Guide. It was an interesting tour to see the corner of Hanoi. I hope you are happy and good. Thank you today ^^

Thao Vietnamese Eating Tours with Best Guides - We had a great time on our eating tour in Hanoi. She was good at English and was very kind to guide me even in hot weather. Whenever I come to Hanoi, I think of the Thao

Street Food Tour with Thao - Thao came just before our booked time. A very friendly girl whose Englidh was amazing. We had a einderful variety of food stops finishing with an egg coffee stop. Thefoid was delicious snd we woukd not have found these exception places as a tourist. The hightlight being eating in someone's lounge. See photo. Eoukd highly recommend thus tour compsmy snd especially request Thao. She is superb. Thank you so much Thao.

Enjoyable tour of Hanoi Street Food - My wife and I were picked up at the Paradise Hotel by our guide Trung Nguyen (at the end of the night we voted him King), and we got right to the street food starting with Sticky Rice, then on through another 5 stops. Trung took the time to educate us on both the food origins and Vietnamese history. He even help my wife shop for a pair of sunglasses with great advice. We ended the night right near the hotel with some mango and ice cream dessert. Very enjoyable, great conversation, and we recommend highly!

Ok tour - Friendly & on time tour guy but tough english to understand. Food choices were ok, but I think is because it was Vietnam.

very unhealthy food locations - the food stops we made were totally unhealthy conditions. most of us come from countries were we can assume that the sanitary and food safety standards are enforced, well not here. My wife and I are in the food business and it was upsetting to see employees grab food items with dirty hands and then serve them to us. These food shops would be immediately shut down by food safety inspectors in any state of the USA. the agency Trip Advisor should select food shops for their tours, that at least meet minimum food safety standards, the health of the participating tourists is in serious jeopardy.
