• Long Bien Bridge - The first leg of our Hanoi Motorbike Tours takes you out of Hanoi, crossing the historic Long Bien bridge and riding along the Red River’s bank. The refreshing breezes from the water create a delightful drive as you enjoy the picturesque countryside, with the city’s noise fading into the background. Our initial stop is an 800-year-old village, a stunning historical example of the traditional villages that once dotted the Vietnamese countryside. Here, you will see the ancient village gate, pagoda, temple, and communal house. As we explore, you’ll witness the vibrant life within and observe how locals work, play, and pray. You’ll meet a local family and share tea and candy, with your guide serving as a translator.
• Dong Ahn - In the second stage of our Hanoi Motorbike Tours, we glide through vast rice paddies and venture off the beaten path onto dirt roads leading to Co Loa Citadel. Here, we will share more about the rich Vietnamese history of the area and how Vietnam defended itself from invaders as far back as 300 B.C.E.
• Dong Ahn - During the third stage of our Hanoi Motorbike Tours, you’ll navigate the winding village alleys as we reach the heart of the local farmland. Agriculture remains a vital part of the Vietnamese economy, and nothing illustrates this better than exploring the flourishing farmland near the villages. We will relax by a serene countryside pond, enjoy a refreshing drink, and soak in the peaceful surroundings.
• Truc Bach Lake - The final stage of our Hanoi Motorbike Tours concludes with a visit to an authentic Vietnamese restaurant. Here, you’ll savor fresh Vietnamese cuisine with a variety of traditional dishes and local specialties, and indulge in a caffeine fix with unique Vietnamese egg coffee or enjoy delicious Mango Pudding and Caramel dessert at a spot popular with locals. We will then return you to your hotel or a nearby location within Hanoi.
