Halong Bay organized by Your Vietnam Travel - amazing experience! recommendable for a nice relaxing trip to Halong Bay which is really beautifu!!! Food is excellent and the crew are all pleasant and helpful. Our tour guide Phuong is very kind, pleasant and knowledgeable.

We had a fun time in Vietnam - It was very fun and was interesting. The guides were nice and kind. Sapa was the most fun and the guides helped us take pictures. Halong Bay was amazing and the free was really hospitable and nice. I will visit Vietnam again next time.

Great discovery of North Vietnam offering great weather, beautiful scenies, shopping and delicious vietnamese food - First time visiting to North Vietnam Hanoi, Sapa and Ha Long Bay over 6D5N (D1:Hanoi, D2:Sapa(Cat Cat Village + local mkt), D3:Sapa (Fansipian Mountain), D4:Halong Bay (Overnight Cruise), D5:Halong Bay, D6:Hanoi). We found Mr Quang (from Your Vietnam Travel) on the internet. Initially, we had some reservations in using internet tour agency but we went ahead with Mr Quang, as he was professional and responsive to our queries, requirements and feedback. We stayed in the Bonne Nuit hotel which is located in the Old Quarters area. It is minutes walk away to the railway street, the night market, the many shopping and beer streets. Our journey to Sapa started with a 6 hours luxury bus. Upon arrival around noon, we were met with a local guide fluent in English and had a very good vietnamese lunch at a local restaurant. Stayed at The View hotel which has a beautiful view of Sapa. Two days tour included visiting of the Cat Cat Village (admission fees included) local market and Fansipan mountain (admission fees included). Together with great weather of sunny days and cool temperature, we enjoyed our stay at Sapa. We chose the recommended Le Journey Classic overnight cruise for our visit to Ha Long Bay for days 4 and 5. The cruise was perfect and we thoroughly enjoyed the delicious meals, clean room with a balcony and cruise programmes (such as bamboo boat ride, trekking to an island top) organised by the cruise manager. Mr Quang would keep us updated of our travel schedule including details of the transfers allowing to plan accordingly. In fact, we encountered some amenities issue with the Hanoi hotel room when we returned from Sapa. Mr Quang was very responsive to our feedback and eventually helped to upgrade us to a better room for our last night stay in Hanoi. Overall, we enjoyed the trip except with some minor issues which was quickly and pleasantly resolved. Thank you.

Dong - Bad Guide - The site was beautiful but littered and overcrowded. Dong, our guide could have improved the experience by giving good recommendations for where to go to meet the crowds but he spoke a lot and said nothing that mattered and even made recommendations for things that were the most uncomfortable and crowded. The kayaking was an enjoyable way to get away from being herded for a while.
