Hanoi to Ha Giang by Sleeping Bus (Overnight on Bus + Hostel on Arrival)

Ha Giang - Board the bus from Hanoi to Ha Giang. Arrival in Ha Giang city is expected around 3-4 am. Upon arrival, guests will be picked up and taken to a hostel to freshen up, rest, and prepare for the day. At 8:30 am, the journey to Dong Van Karst Plateau begins.

HA GIANG CITY - QUAN BA - YEN MINH - PHO CAO – SUNG LA - DONG VAN TOWN

Ha Giang - 8:30 am - Enjoy breakfast before embarking on the Ha Giang loop journey.

• Visit: KM 0 Milestone, Bac Sum Slope, Quan Ba Heaven Gate, and stop to admire the Doi Mountain and Tam Son Town.
• 12:30 pm: After crossing Can Ty pass, explore scenic spots, including lonely trees and Van Chai cliff, followed by lunch in Yen Minh town.

Dong Van - 1:30 pm: Continue towards Dong Van to visit Tham Ma pass, Pho Cao village, Sung La valley, and Lung Cam cultural village, rich in H’Mong ethnic culture. Explore “Pao’s house,” Tam Giac Mach field, and Moon rock field in Sa Phin village.

• 4:30 pm: Visit the Vuong family’s mansion (King of the Hmong people) to appreciate the H’Mong culture. As the day ends, experience the architectural blend of H’Mong, French, and Chinese cultures.

• 6:00 pm: Check into hotel or homestay and relax.

• 7:30 pm: Dinner followed by free time to explore Dong Van old town and enjoy street food at the night market.

DONG VAN Town – MA PI LENG Pass – NHO QUE River– MEO VAC – MAU DUE – HA GIANG City.

Nho Que River - 8:30 am: Depart from Dong Van Town with a guide to explore the legendary Ma Pi Leng Pass.

• Visit: Ma Pi Leng monument, Panorama viewpoint, death cliff, and other scenic spots at the pass’s summit. Enjoy a boat ride on the Nho Que River, taking in the majestic Tu San canyon.

3:00 pm: Return to GM Ha Giang Inn to refresh and prepare for a 4:00 pm departure to Hanoi.

(Optional) 10:00 pm: Farewell at your hotel/stay. Trip concludes.

Meo Vac - 12:00 pm: Lunch in Meo Vac town.

• 2:00 pm: Travel through Mau Due, Duong Thuong village, Quan Ba, and back to Ha Giang City.

• 5:30 pm: Arrive in Ha Giang City, shower, and rest.

• 8:30 pm: Board the bus back to Hanoi.
