Day 1: Hanoi – Cao Bang | Local Tribe Homestay Experience

Cao Bang Province - 13:00 – 14:00:
Meet at the Hanoi Opera House, No. 1 Trang Tien Street, for pick-up by a private air-conditioned car or local limousine bus.
The journey to Cao Bang City will take approximately 6 hours.
(Note: The driver does not speak English.)
19:00 – 20:00:
Upon arrival in Cao Bang City, check in at the local homestay.
Receive a warm welcome from the locals, enjoy a cup of tea, and relax in the serene environment. Dinner will be prepared for you.
20:00 – 21:00:
Enjoy dinner in a cozy and peaceful setting.
Vegetarian options are available upon request.

Day 2: Local Villages – Tiger Cave – Ban Gioc Waterfall – Angel Mountain Morning

Phuc Sen Forging Village - Morning
Start the day with breakfast featuring local specialties. Enjoy a scenic drive through Cao Bang Global Geopark and Ma Phuc Pass, passing ethnic villages with traditional stilt houses. Visit a traditional paper-making village and travel through the serene Tay, Nung, and Dao villages along quiet countryside roads.

Nguom Ngao Cave - Explore Ngao Cave (Tiger Cave), known for its pristine beauty, with natural stone columns formed over hundreds of millions of years. The stalactites, sculpted by nature, display thousands of beautiful shapes such as a tiger statue, lotus flower, boat, cactus, jellyfish, and magic stick.

Truc Lam Pagoda - Visit Truc Lam Zen Monastery in Cao Bang, climb to the pagoda for a panoramic view of Ban Gioc Waterfall, surrounded by mountainous scenery and interleaving waters. On the opposite side is the Chinese Glass Bridge, while this side features the peaceful and poetic Vietnamese rice fields.

Ban Gioc Waterfall - Detian Falls - Visit Ban Gioc Waterfall, where water cascades down to a river beside a fragrant rice field with a refreshing breeze. Take a boat closer to the waterfall, feeling the splashes of water that might give you goosebumps. The river marks the border between Vietnam and China, offering a sense of joy after traveling nearly 100 km to reach this destination.

Mắt Thần Nui - Angel Mountain is surrounded by lush green mountains and calm emerald waters, providing a peaceful atmosphere away from crowded tourist paths. From the viewing platform, enjoy panoramic views of the lake, dramatic karst formations, and traditional rural life along the water’s edge. The mountain’s reflection on the lake makes it an ideal spot for photography, relaxation, and nature enthusiasts.

Hanoi Opera House - Morning
Check out after an early start. Stop for breakfast on the way to Hanoi at a local noodle shop (chicken or beef noodle soup, not included in the tour price).
Afternoon
Arrive in Hanoi around 13:30 – 15:00, with drop-off at the Hanoi Opera House or near your hotel upon request.
