Setting Sail on Halong Bay

As a retired teacher with a penchant for road trips and a heart full of nostalgia for the open road, I found myself yearning for a new adventure. This time, my journey took me far from the familiar highways of America to the enchanting waters of Halong Bay in Vietnam. My husband and I embarked on the Halong Bay Tour with a sense of wonder and excitement, eager to explore the jungle and caves that awaited us.

Our exploration continued with a visit to Viet Hai Village on Cat Ba Island, where we biked through the lush landscape and immersed ourselves in the local culture.
