Our driver was there ahead of time and waiting for us. It made it so easy to walk off the ship and get right into the van. Our driver was very personable and easily chatted.

I was able to contact the office to let them know we were waiting for our pickup. I was given the driver’s name and a vehicle # so it was easy to spot our ride!

We had a paid reservation for 7 passengers, when we arrived at the pickup site there was a van with 2 passengers in it and 2 passengers in front of us. Instead of boarding us making a total of 9 passengers in the van, the driver chose to board the other 2 passengers and leave telling us that he was sending another van , and for us to wait.

When sold the service we were told that the van pickup ran every 12 minutes. Total falsehood and misrepresentation. We watched an earlier van load up and leave at 8:45 AM and the next van was exactly an hour later at 9:45. That as 15 minutes late from our scheduled 9:30 pick up. Being 15 minutes late is understandable but the "every 15-minute pick" up cannot be trusted as well as a small van was sent which could not take all passengers. Fortunately, we got on and made our flight out...barely. Bottom line, what you say can't be trusted.

Never was picked up payed 40.00 for an 8:30 pick up 3/1 received a text that they would he there by 8:40 never showed up had to pay 22.00 @ 9:30 to get to the airport. So disappointing never again. Awful service. Tried to cancel at 9:15 . Sent a text to cancel and nothing.
