- Cẩm Thanh - In the morning, the tour guide will meet guests at the hotel lobby in Hoi An. Guests will cycle to Cam Thanh Village, home to a vast Nipa palm forest. Along the way, there will be a stop at Ba Le Market to observe the daily life of locals. The tour guide will demonstrate how to select fresh ingredients for a meal and explain why the market is a vibrant part of the local culture. The tour continues with a visit to a local family’s home in Cam Thanh Village. Upon arrival, guests will be welcomed with a drink. The tour guide will share the history of the village and the Nipa palm forest. After a brief rest, guests will embark on a bamboo basket boat adventure along the canal to observe local fishermen casting nets. Guests will also learn to catch baby crabs using bait and a fishing rod. Returning to the house, guests can enjoy a 30-minute foot massage before participating in a cooking class. The chef and tour guide will present the necessary ingredients and demonstrate how to prepare crispy pancakes and spring rolls. Guests will enjoy lunch with their own handmade creations. The tour concludes with a transfer back to the hotel. End of service!
