Each participant will need to fill out a waiver and emergency contact form when you arrive. If there are any participants that are under the age of 18 that will not have a parent or guardian with them, they will need to have that signed in advance by the parent or guardian and brought with them that morning or if the parent is with them, they will also need to sign it on behalf of the minor participant.
