Make yourself comfortable in your comfortable touring vehicle and experience the beautiful landscape that the famous ‘Salzkammergut’ lake region has to offer. After a short drive from Salzburg you’ll reach the castle of Fuschl. Capture a picture of the castle of Fuschl with the emerald-green Lake Fuschlsee as its backdrop, before heading on to St. Gilgen with Lake Wolfgang, the next photo stop.
- St Gilgen Mozartplatz - The next highlight is Wolfgang Lake and the villages St. Gilgen and St. Wolfgang. Capture a picture of St. Wolfgang from a great view point before arriving at the next town, in Bad Ischl. The drive will take you through Bad Ischl, which is famous for the “Kaiser” (Emperor) Villa and the Café Zauner, and on to Bad Goisern and Hallstatt.
- Hallstatter See - Having reached Hallstatt and the highlight of this full day tour, your private guide will point out the must-sees of Hallstatt to you, which include a beautiful photo spot of Hallstatt, Charnel House (Bone House), Hallstatt Museum, Hallstatt Waterfall “Waldbachstrub”, Hallstatt’s local residence area and more. Wonderful famiy trip to Hallstatt - We had a wonderful time on our day trip to Hallstatt! Beautiful scenery and a gorgeous setting. Our guide (Patrick) was very knowledgeable and made the trip enjoyable for all of us.

Great day out highly recommend - Great day out. Patrick was knowledgeable, friendly, and kept us entertained with facts and stories. Very reliable and professional. Gabby was a lovely tour... - Gabby was a lovely tour guide who took us to some absolutely beautiful locations and was flexible with taking us to other directions when we decided to cut Halstatt itself a little short. Halstatt is a beautiful place but if you go on a weekend or a holiday, it can get packed. Still worth seeing but I'd recommend walking through the town and eating elsewhere.

Amazing Hallstatt Tour - We had a fantastic time on our Hallstatt tour from Salzburg, thanks to our guide Patrick. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and made the journey really enjoyable with interesting historical stories and local insights.
Hallstatt was absolutely stunning, and Patrick’s tips helped us make the most of our time there.

A Great Tour! - We thoroughly enjoyed our drive to and from Hallstatt with Patrick. He’s very knowledgeable about so much, and had great suggestions about how to maximize our time in Hallstatt. We especially liked the boat ride on the water. Hallstatt is an idyllic gorgeous spot, and we’re so glad we took this tour!

Not to be missed! - Our driver/guide, Manford, was both knowledgeable and enthusiastic during our trip to Hallstatt. He let us take our time taking photos along the way, and pointed -out the sights and photo opportunities in Hallstatt. It was definitely the highlight of our trip!

Great day visiting Hallstatt! - Patrick was an amazing guide. Our family of four took the tour in October. Patrick was on time and knowledgeable in everything we asked. We needed to make a few adjustments to our day and he was totally accommodable. We had some with mobility issues in our group and Patrick made sure that we were all able to get the best experience in our day and recommend what was best. Once he knew what we were interested in he made sure to point things out. We loved every minute.

Amazing trip with beautiful views and a great local guide - One of the best trips we have ever booked. Our driver, Patrick, was outstanding-very knowledgeable and friendly.
