An enjoyable day seeing the sights - We had a great time. It was a perfect small group. Paul, our driver did an excellent job of showing us all the sights plus a few special sights. Loved the visit to the animal sanctuary. Fed the kangaroos! The view from Mt Wellington was amazing! Enjoyed lunch at Richmond Arms in Richmond. Great day overall!

Wonderful Tour - This was a wonderful tour. Our guide, Paul, greeted us at the cruise terminal and transported us up to Mt. Wellington where we enjoyed an amazing view. We then went to Richmond where we found a delicious lunch at the Richmond Bakery which Paul recommended. Finally we went to Bonorong where we were able to feed many kangaroos which was such a treat. Unfortunately many of the other animals were sleeping because of the heat. Paul explained that he had reversed the stops for our tour because the clear morning would allow us to enjoy the view from the mountain which would likely not be possible in the afternoon due to the forecast. Ordinarily he would have taken us to Bonorong first because the animals would be more active in the morning. Paul delivered us back to our ship well before our back on board time. I would recommend this tour.

Great short excursion - The entire outing was incredibly well planned. All three stops were awesome. The sanctuary was particularly great as we were able to feed kangaroos and see so many interesting animals. It worked fine as a short excursion off our cruise ship.

A can’t miss experience. - We had a wonderful trip through the greater Hobart region. Our driver/guide was fantastic. We loved the wildlife recovery center and Richmond town more than we expected to. The Mt. Wellington experience was literally numbing. The wind, cold, and snow was the price to pay for an incredible view. Hobart is a beautiful place!

Great Highlights Tour of Hobart surrounds - We really enjoyed this tour with Jarrod, who provided good commentary and stories from his convict forebears. It was a great mix of nature, history and amazing views from Mt Wellington (which was freezing cold and windy, but so worth it)

Hobart experience - Our guide Paul was very good. He did a good job explaining what we were seeing just one little hitch, the people at the back of the van had a difficult time hearing. The headset was not working properly so only those sitting close to the front could hear. We loved the little town of Richmond however not given enough time to eat and see the cute stores. I would suggest having at least 1 1/2 hours.
