Set sail from the Hobart waterfront at 10:30 am for a relaxing 1 to 1.5-hour cruise along the D’Entrecasteaux Channel. Discover the region’s rich history, landmarks, and architecture while admiring breathtaking views. Keep an eye out for iconic wildlife, including seals, sea eagles, and possibly dolphins or whales.

Upon reaching Woodbridge, explore the grounds before indulging in a degustation lunch featuring fresh, seasonal ingredients. The menu showcases produce from the world-famous Huon Valley, Bruny Island waters, and our own garden.

After a leisurely lunch, complemented by local wines, craft beers, and a few delightful surprises, return to our luxurious catamaran for a serene cruise back to Hobart. Enjoy a Tasmanian whisky or digestif as you relax, arriving back ashore at 4 pm.
