Great day trip - Pleasant bus ride stopping for mid morning break. Dave did a great job telling us about the area and stories to entertain us. Tours were great, loved the short stop at the arch and Richmond.

A marvellous time thanks to a fully engaged guide - We went to Port Arthur via Tasman National Park and the unZoo followed by a return trip via Richmond, and had a spectacular time thanks to our incredibly knowledgeable, funny and personable tour guide with Tours Tasmania: Ian, an Arsenal-supporting (only just tolerable) former history teacher. He was brilliant. I learned more about Tasmania than I possibly could have imagined, from the flora and fauna and sea tides and the impact of climate change on all of the above to the colourful and ribald parts of the convict era and much more besides. His passion for the subject matter shone through and was infectious. Highly, highly recommended. Six stars.

It was a great trip! Our... - It was a great trip! Our guide Nick was very involved, shared a lot of stories and took us to various places off the beaten track. The places we visited were well worth the time, effort and money. Port Arthur is a vast place with lots of history in it, best enjoyed in sunny weather. The scenery is stunning. The boat cruise is nice if short. The detour via Richmond is ok but too short and happens too late to be able to do anything in the town other than walk. I would still highly recommend it.

Great day out with a nice small group feel - Great day in Port Arthur. Could have done with another hour at Port Arthur and a quick stop at the lavender shop. While the minibus was average, it was great to be in a smaller group and the fellow-explorers were lovely.
