• At 5:00 AM, experience the vibrant atmosphere of Cai Rang Floating Market. A 30-minute cruise along the Hau River from Ninh Kieu Wharf allows you to sample tropical fruits, drinks, or even “hu tieu,” a hot rice noodle soup, for a light breakfast.
• Next, visit a noodle workshop to learn about various types of Vietnamese noodles.
• On the return journey to Saigon, stop in Ben Tre province, known as Vietnam’s coconut kingdom, to discover the “tree of heaven’s” significance in local life.
• Enjoy a bike ride through the countryside, where cars find it challenging to navigate the small, complex terrain.
• During the 7-10 km biking route, pass through tropical fruit gardens and cross a bridge with expansive mangrove palm views on both sides.
