• Cu Chi Tunnels - 7:30am: The guide will collect you from your hotel and take you to the Cu Chi Tunnel in a mini van. The trip will last about one and a half hours.

During the drive, you will be surrounded by peaceful rural scenery, including rice fields, rivers, ducks, and water buffalos. It might be hard to imagine the past destruction and devastation caused by bombings and mines when Cu Chi was a “Free Target Zone.” However, the remnants you will see in Cu Chi are a testament to the intense battles that once took place there. Have you ever wondered what it’s like to fire an AK-47? Visiting the Cu Chi tunnels will give you the chance to experience it!

In the afternoon, the tour will leave Cu Chi and travel to My Tho City, a car journey of about two hours. A stop will be made at a restaurant for lunch along the way.

• My Tho - Upon arrival in My Tho City, you will enjoy a boat ride along a small canal, providing a peaceful escape from the busy town. As you cruise through the canal lined with coconut trees, the boat will take you to a coconut island in Ben Tre. There, you will disembark to explore the village leisurely, with a visit to a local family’s home. Here, you can enjoy tropical fruits, taste honey tea and honey wine, and be captivated by traditional Vietnamese music performed by the villagers.

You will visit a coconut candy shop, where you can learn about candy-making and admire various handicrafts made from coconut trees. Strolling through the village, you will encounter a variety of fruits, flowers, trees, and charming local houses, all while being greeted by the joyful presence of children in the Mekong Delta.

The tour will conclude at your hotel at approximately 19:00.
