Luggage Information:
Each passenger is permitted one 24-inch (22 inch x 11 inch x 9 inch) piece of luggage, weighing up to 20kg, and one small personal bag at no extra charge. Additional luggage may be refused or incur extra charges if there is insufficient space in the vehicle.

Driver: Vietnamese-speaking (other languages available upon request with a surcharge). The customer service team (English-speaking) is available on WhatsApp 24/7.

Late/Early Surcharge: From 22:00 to 5:00, a surcharge of 6/7/9 USD per hour applies for 4/7/16 Seater Cars (payable to the transfer operator).
