This group goes above and beyond to help! - We had an awesome trip in Vietnam with this group. And Kari went above and beyond to help us! Upon departure, our son’s backpack with his computer and iPad was left behind at the airport!! Kari made a special trip to the airport to help recover the bag. It was an ordeal and she made every effort to solve the issue. This showed us how important we were even AFTER the trip was completed. Kari is amazing and we will be returning in December because of her service!

Great day - A nice trip with competent staff. Nghia (jason) was a good Guide, very clear in describing the activities of the day. He also speaks excellent English. The tour was a mix of tastings and Mekong. We've been in good company.

Airport transportation - We were supposed to be met by someone holding a sign with our name. The passport line was very long so I don’t fault Vietnam travel group. The hotel representative found the tour man and we got to the hotel ok. Car was hot. AC not working well
