Great history lesson and activities along Mekon . Learn about war especially the iron triangle near Saigon - The Tunnel is eye opening experience even if you do half or less than half the Tunnel. To lower yourself into the Tunnel give you the real taste of how tough the condition was . Prepare to sweat it out if you prepare to enter the tunnel. The meal after the workout taste even better than usual. Our guide was informative and funny. Although early April in Saigon is usually not a rainy day, there was occasional shower but stopped while we were at the Tunnel site. Watch the YouTube later at home later and you would appreciate the events surrounding the site more. 😀 So join the local tour and experience the incredible site. 😁 Relax afterwards on boat ride along the Mekong. Drink honey tea, boat ride in real shallow boat and have a bit of coconut candy . Our guide is creative to make the candy sandwich with biscuit.

Glowing Review of Vietnam Trip Organized by Ms. Joanna Tran and Asia Luxury Travel - We also enjoyed the lively party atmosphere and nightlife of Ho Chi Minh City, and gained valuable insights into the country's war history at the Cu Chi Tunnels. Throughout our journey, the guides ensured seamless transitions between destinations and offered insightful explanations about Vietnam's rich history, including its war history and the significance of Buddhism. The tour was expertly curated, ensuring a truly wholesome and immersive experience. We are incredibly grateful to you, Joanna, and to Asia Luxury Travel for crafting such a seamless and well-rounded journey. We wholeheartedly recommend your services to anyone planning a Vietnam adventure! We also extend our sincere thanks to Travel Triangle and its partner companies for facilitating this beautiful tour in Hanoi and other captivating locations for my spouse and me. We wish to emphasize that the entire tour was exceptionally well-designed and executed with remarkable efficiency. The booking process for the package and air tickets was smooth and hassle-free. The destinations included in the itinerary were truly worth visiting. Regards, Alkesh & Medha Kapadia - India

Informative, yet fun, day trip - Loved this trip, it was fun yet very informative. Chow, our guide, was brilliant and his knowledge was extensive. The tunnels, and their history, were fascinating and being given an opportunity to crawl through a section was certainly an experience. Lunch was lovely. The trip along the Mekong Delta was really enjoyable.

The tour was both educational and entertaining, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable experience. - Our guide was punctual, incredibly patient, and went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable throughout the trip. He was very knowledgeable, answering all of our random questions with ease, and his friendly, approachable manner really put us at ease. The tour it self was absolutely worth it! I enjoyed every moment, especially thanks to our guide, who not only provide excellent insights but also had a great sense of humor that made the day even more fun. The ride was smooth and felt luxurious, almost like we were celebrities, and they even provided snacks on board, which was a nice touch. It made the whole experience even better. Visiting the Cu Chi Tunnels was the highlight of the trip. Our guide’s deep understanding of the history behind the tunnels, paired with his captivating storytelling, brought everything to life. His passion for sharing Vietnam’s history was evident, and he made sure everyone in the group was comfortable and engaged the entire time.

The tour of the Cu Chi Tunnels and Mekong Delta was an unforgettable experience. It was a truly enriching experience. - From the timely 6:40 am pickup to our guide’s kindness and attention to detail, everything was seamless. Visiting the Cu Chi Tunnels was fascinating-the narrow passages and clever traps showcased the ingenuity and resilience of the Vietnamese soldiers. The visit to the factory where differently-abled artisans crafted stunning artwork from eggshells and mother-or-pearl was inspiring. In contrast, the Mekong Delta was peaceful and vibrant. The scenery was breathtaking, and lunch, especially the fish and moon rice, was delicious. Feeding fish and crocodiles, cycling through the village, sampling exotic fruits, and listening to traditional folk music made the day even more special. The tour perfectly balanced history and nature, allowing me to experience both the Cu Chi Tunnels and the Mekong Delta in one fulfilling day. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Ho Chi Minh City

milo's fan - Mr milo is excellent person.i had a good time yesterday Alone, by Reservation online the night before forehand. Arrival at the hotel at around 18:30 with an 8am pickup on the next day. The tour, which was all forehand, was also forehand's best. There seemed to be one student in my English class who couldn't get a forehand, but it was fun!

Chu Chi Tunnel & Mekong River adventure - Very long day from start to finish . Enjoyed the visit to Chu Chi Tunnel however found it very touristy & busy . Managed the 20metre tunnel hot narrow dark but worth it. Enjoyed the boat & canal ride on the Mekong River & the visit to coconut factory at Unicorn Island ( they had run out of coconuts which was disappointing ) Would have liked a longer boat ride on the Mekong but overall a great day

5 for our guide Jack - 3 for the actual tour - 5 stars to our guide Jack and the people who organize the logistics for the tours. They have everything arranged expertly. 3 stars for this particular tour, Mekong Delta & Cu chi Tunnel Full Day BBQ Lunch Lux Group 12 pax. The description, what to expect and pics are not quite what happens. If you scroll through the pictures they are from different tours given by this company. I never saw half of what is in the pictures. The 4 stars given for this tour is the average of the two sections. I bring up the following items only so you know what you are getting. As mentioned the company and guide are great. Their communications before the tour to ensure a smooth pick up was appreciated. The hotel pick up / drop off is always a selling point for me so I appreciate when they follow through. The van holds 12 pax - tightly. You will also spend at least half the actual time in the van moving between sites. We spent 11 hours (pick up to drop off) on this 9-10 hour tour, granted due to an event in HCM city the traffic was horrible. Our shortest leg of the trip was 55 minutes once we got started after all the hotel pick ups. The first stop is a ‘rest area’ that employs handicapped personnel that make the lacquer plaques / souvenirs. You can watch the process then you are guided through their massive gift shop to get to the van on the other end. The Cu Chi Tunnels are interesting but very crowded. It is almost treated like an amusement park, not something I appreciated given the somber reason they were built in the first place. Something not mentioned is there is the opportunity to fire an AK-47 on their range, just pay for ammo. The range shares a patio that the rest of the group sits at and waits for anyone that might want to shoot. It is very loud and if you want hearing protection (you do) you will need to go find it or bring it with you. Lunch was very good. It was not at your typical tour rest stop and it is served family style not a buffet. If you want something to drink you will need to pay for it. We were the only group there. I believe that leg of the trip took an hour and a half to get to. The motorized boat ride in the Delta was about 10 minutes. It takes you to ‘Unicorn’ island. You see maybe one house on stilts as you wiz by. The canal boat ride was very pretty. But again it is like the Small World ride at Disneyland. I will say the boat operators, motorized and paddles, are experts in what they do. I enjoyed watching them navigate around each other and dock expertly. The bee farm is anything but. Your guide will show you a portion of a hive in a courtyard. You then get served some honey tea and get hit up to buy their products. Of course this happens at every stop. The fruit farm is not a farm but a restaurant / lounge type atmosphere where you are served some fruit and tea while you are serenaded by some local singers and musicians. I thought they were very good. They rotated in and around the various groups. After returning to the van we had another 2 hour ride (if you were the first to be dropped off) back to our hotels. Tips - 1. you will provided one bottled water so bring your own if you do not want to pay for anything at lunch or the rest areas. 2. Bring small bills if you are inclined to tip, you will be asked to at every stop. You can also buy souvenirs - at every stop. 3. There are plenty of opportunities to use the WC (much appreciated) but ladies bring some tissue just in case you forget to grab some on the way in. This is nothing new in Vietnam, just a reminder.

Very touristy.... - The trip has included a tour of the tunnels and a tour with various stops in the Mekong Delta. The whole tour is very touristy with different stops where you can buy souvenirs, local food etc. Similar to a coffee ride....The guide was very funny, provided entertainment. Overall okay as we were a nice group. But for us it was too touristy....
