- Cu Chi Tunnels - We depart Ho Chi Chi Minh City in the morning to visit the Cu Chi Tunnels, known for its role in the anti-American resistance during the Vietnam War and now seen as a symbol of heroism. With over 220 km of underground tunnels, it’s a popular tourist attraction for both Vietnamese and foreign visitors. The scenic route from Ho Chi Minh City to Cu Chi passes through the local countryside, offering sights such as ducks and buffalo along the river. Despite its tranquil appearance today, it’s hard to imagine the destruction caused by bombing and mines in the past, when Cu Chi was designated as a “free target zone.”\n- My Tho - After investigating the tunnels, we’ll head to My Tho, a province in the Mekong Delta region. We’ll embark on a boat ride along the upper Mekong and witness the Four Animal Islands named after creatures in Buddhist lore: Dragon, Unicorn, Phoenix, and Turtle. On this portion of the tour, you’ll get a glimpse of local Vietnamese life and how it is tied to the river.\n\nLater, we’ll take you on a rowboat excursion through the narrow waterways, showcasing the fertile agriculture of the delta with its fruit orchards, coconut plantations, and beekeeping farms. During the tour, you’ll have the opportunity to taste honey tea, seasonal fruits, fresh coconut candy, and enjoy southern Vietnamese folk music.\n\nFinally, we’ll return to Ho Chi Minh City and drop you off at your hotel around 6:30 PM.

Great tour - Fantastic trip. Organised well and enjoyed the company of the fellow travellers. Toan was an excellent guide. Everything was explained well. There are many stop off to see or view different things. There were a few things to buy but no pressure. Excellent tour.

Highly recommend - Had a great day with our tour guide Kevin. Very informative and well planned. I would definitely recommend doing it in a smaller group. We visited in a group of 7 and it was ideal as we had more time to ask questions and explore the places we stopped at.

Day trip with Nick! - I had a great time on the tour with Nick as our tour guide he was very knowledgeable and helped us learn a lot and made the tour so fun! The food was also great - the best tour I’ve been on so far in SE Asia! Thank you VIP tours and thank you Nick!

VIP Tour Mekong Delta and Cu Chi tunnels - We had a fantastic day trip to the Mekong Delta and the Cu Chi Tunnels with our guide, Nick. It was a great mix of history and culture — learning about the tunnels was fascinating, and exploring the Delta gave us a real glimpse into local life. Nick was knowledgeable, friendly, and made the day engaging from start to finish. Highly recommend this tour for anyone wanting to experience both the historical and cultural sides of Vietnam in one day!

This tour was fantastic! - Such a incredible deal for the whole day. Tasty food, interesting activities and a great guide -- Emily. Emily was funny, knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help me (I'm 66 and use a cane for steps). I can't thank her enough.

Perfect day - Excelent trip, with great guid Emily.
We had so much fun so thank you for that time. Trip its self is packet with various attraction from war tunnels, delta Mekong, coconut island where you can taste coconut sweets as well as snake wine and much much more.

Great tour - This tour offered a nice mix of locations, giving us a good look at both the Cu Chi Tunnels and the Mekong Delta. The program was well organized and kept things interesting throughout the day.
Our guide was friendly and knowledgeable, sharing fun and informative stories that added a lot to the experience. Overall, a solid way to explore some key parts of Vietnam.
