They will have the opportunity to taste Nem (spring rolls), Banh Tom (shrimp cakes), or Thit Xien Nuong (BBQ pork and onion on bamboo skewers).

The food tour continues at a Pho Cuon restaurant, where participants can taste three different versions of Pho: Pho Cuon (steamed rice paper rolled with beef, salad, and coriander), Pho Chien Phong, and Pho Tron.
-
Bia Hoi - Participants can enjoy an authentic local experience by sitting at a BIA HOI station (Hanoi Authentic Fresh Beer) or a local café dating back to 1946, where they can try Hanoi’s specialties - Ca Phe Trung (egg coffee) and sunflower seeds.
