Participants will have the opportunity to savor green papaya salad, fried spring rolls, Pho (beef or chicken noodle soup), Banh Cuon (steamed stuffed pancake), Banh Mi, and Hanoi draught beer. Throughout the tour, guests will not only enjoy delicious local cuisine but also learn about the ingredients and preparation methods of these tasty dishes. Additionally, they will be introduced to cultural, historical, and religious sites such as the local market, Heritage House, and the ancient city gate of Hanoi Old Quarter.

Hanoi Coffee Station - 11:30 The Barista will provide an introduction to the class, covering topics such as the history of Vietnamese Coffee, Egg Coffee, and Phin Coffee. The process for creating the renowned Egg Coffee includes:
- Preparing coffee using a Phin (filter). The history of the Phin, the brewing method, the ideal coffee type for Phin, and the brewing ratio will be discussed. A step-by-step demonstration of the Phin process will be provided.
- Creating Egg Cream. The history of Egg Coffee and a unique recipe will be shared. A step-by-step demonstration of Egg Cream preparation will be conducted.
- Egg Coffee Art Ideas. After pouring Egg Cream into the coffee, participants will have the chance to decorate their own remarkable cup of egg coffee. Enjoy the coffee at the conclusion!
