Our tour guide was super sweet, very knowledgeable and funny! My daughter and I had a great time touring beautiful Fredericksburg!

Parking was difficult to find, and the tour guide was very rude in her language, body language, and tone with me regarding being tardy by a few minutes. She then rolled her eyes, gasped and looked up to the sky in frustration when I showed up with my mother's OXYGEN TANK! She rudely questioned me about whether it was necessary for her, and asked why it was taking my disabled mother so long to walk down the duce walk with her oxygen tank. I was asked if I could get her to walk quicker, and that I was "lucky" that she's willing to wait for us bc I was a few minutes late. I apologized to the other guest for the tardiness and told her that she was unwelcoming, rude and if the carriage rides where against the disabled riding them with necessary modalities (i.e. oxygen tank) than it should be noted. I also told her I could not put my mother on my back, and if she didn't want her to DIE on the carriage ride, then YES she does need the spare emergency tank. The tour itself was fine, the over all experience and the guide were AWFUL. I will continue to tell everyone I know about my experience with her on my mothers Mother's Day carriage ride outing.
