Our Fredericksburg Historic Tour on your comfortable trolley was SUPERB!!! Betty, our trolley docent, was extremely knowledgeable about the early settlers and their way of life, and the history behind the houses and the town of Fredericksburg that she shared enlightened us all to what life must have been like in the early years of Fredericksburg. Plus, she was just a delight!!! We would encourage all visitors to Fredericksburg to take a couple hours out of your shopping/dining/wining to enjoy this FUN and LEARNING experience. Thanks for the hospitality shown our group by both the trolley driver and Betty. YOU are appreciated!!!

We loved the tour! The trolleys were waiting to pick us up when we arrived at the Visitor's Center. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and friendly, as was our driver. The whole experience was wonderful. Thank you for making our trip to Fredericksburg so much fun.

Information was good but somewhat repetitive. Driver was excellent, very friendly. He had to leave the fans off in trolley so that we could here guide. It got very hot and stuffy. Guide didn't want to use mike. She is very knowledgeable.

A must see for anyone wanting history information about Fredericksburg. Great ride, driver and Docent were very energetic, knowledgeable, and entertaining.
Very friendly and knowledgeable tour guides
Freddy and Betty made the tour fun. Betty is full of information.
The tour itself was very good. We had a party of 5 and we were all pleased with the tour and the Docent. Betty was very pleasant and interesting. Our dissatisfaction came at the beginning. We were told to be there at least 15 minutes early to get our ticjets(which we had prepaid), but no one was there and everything was locked up. We went to the visitor Center and she did not know anything about it. Then she found a memo stating the time of the tour but informed us we were in the wrong place. She said the Trolley did stop there so I left 3 of the elderly people there and went back to the Pioneer Museum. Still no Trolley and Museum was locked. There was another lady there with her 80 year old mother looking for the Trolley, also. Finally, straight up 10:00 someone showed up. We had to get the rest of my party from the Visitor Center to the Pioneer Center. Betty was late and felt embarrassed because she said her schedule stated the tour started at 10:30. She was very apologetic. The air conditioner in the Trolley was not on when we first arrived. Betty had to do some fast talking and cut a couple of things short because we were told the Trolley had to be back on time because they had another use for it. After a slow unorganized start, we enjoyed the tour very much. I would recommend the tour to others, but please work on the greeting and be more organized. At least put a sign up saying Trolley Toyr Begins here or give some kind of directions. Thank you
Was wonderful! Learned a lot! Staff knowledgeable and pleasant! Truly enjoyed!
Betty our tour guide was extremely knowledgeable and sweet as pie.
The guide was so knowledgeable and even spoke German! It was a hot day and they gave us a cold water! The trip was so wonderful and educational. The bus driver was kind and friendly! Also, my best friend and I were the only ones on the tour and they still ran for just us two! That is great customer service! Also the triply bus was air conditioned! Awesome experience that my best friend and I will always remember!
Excellent tour and EXCELLENT Tour Guide! Having someone who grew up in Fredricksburg narrate the tour was excellent.
Loved loved loved Betty! She did an awesome job!
Enjoyed the trip. Tour guide was great as was the driver. Enjoyed the stories
It was very interesting, and very well presented.
Betty was very knowledgeable about the history of the area. It added a special touch because she was born and raised in Fredericksburg
The driver knew his route and the docent was well versed in Fredericksburg history.
Informative and enjoyable. Our guide, Betty was wonderful.
I wanted less information on the houses and more information on the history.
The tour was wonderful, the tour guide was extremely knowledgeable and we were all so impressed with her German. Because she is a native of Fredericksburg, she had lots of information that others might not have had. Many of our group mentioned that it was one of the best tours they've been a part of.
Pacific War Museum was excellent. Pioneer Museum interesting. One of best experiences was the Historic Trolly Tour. The guide who gave the tour at 3PM on Wednesday - her name might have been Becky - not sure. She was excellent! We learned so much and developed an appreciation for the area that we might not have had otherwise. I would encourage your to offer more of these tours.
