• Children’s Peace Monument - Dedicated to the memory of children who lost their lives due to the atomic bombing, this monument was inspired by Sadako Sasaki, a young girl who folded paper cranes in hope of survival. • Hiroshima National Peace Memorial Hall for the Atomic Bomb Victims - A place of quiet reflection, the Peace Memorial Hall honors the victims of the atomic bombing through personal stories, photographs, and survivor testimonies. Its design encourages visitors to contemplate the impact of war and the importance of peace.
• Hiroshima Peace City Monument Cenotaph for the Atomic Bomb Victims - An arched monument inscribed with the words “Let all the souls here rest in peace, for we shall not repeat the evil.” It holds the names of all known victims of the atomic bombing and aligns perfectly with the Peace Flame and Atomic Bomb Dome, symbolizing remembrance and a commitment to peace.
• Hiroshima Peace Memorial Museum - The entrance ticket to the Peace Memorial Museum will be purchased in advance, allowing visitors to skip the long line. Please note that the museum visit is self-guided, as tour guides are not permitted to speak inside. It typically takes about one and a half hours to explore the museum.
