Exceptionally good customer service for a memorable experience! - With all the great reviews on this business, its natural to think "is this real". Trust me, it exceeds even your best expectations. We went at a time where it was a but iffy in terms of the pass being open. Angie kept me well informed and checked in with me the day before to ensure all in order. On the day of, she advised Nathi would be there at 9am and he was there promptly at 8:50am. The vehicle was a Toyota Fortuner that was in incredible shape. Tyres, suspension and cleanliness of the vehicle was astounding. Opened the door to a fresh smelling interior with a welcome package for each of us. Blankets, water, the itinerary, a bouquet of flowers and fudge along with a small ornamental Basotho hat. Nathi assisted with filling the forms for border control and we were off. He was extremely funny and full of facts and anecdotes that can only come from someone who is immersed in and appreciates the culture of his surroundings. From the history to the flora and fauna, the people skills and wit , Nathi was engaging and made the trip truly memorable. As much as this was a getaway, it was also an experience that will stay with us for the rest of lives and we could not have chosen a better company if we tried. Nathi's driving skills are far superior to most and made you feel secure and in capable hands going up and down the pass. Angie put together the most thoughtful snack basket with homemade cookies and muffins as well as an assortment of beverages. We were short of nothing. After the most mesmerizing, awe-inspiring trip over these majestic mountains, we were treated to the most delicious chocolate cupcakes as it was a birthday trip. If you compare the prices of other tours and what they offer in comparison to Angie's team, they are leaps and bounds ahead of the competition. Quality and small touches that can only come from someone who has a passion for her business and wants to provide excellent service. When you consider that you are quite literally putting your life in their hands, I would say that between the vehicle condition and the driving skills of the guide , you're already in the best company. The treats, small touches and experience .. just the cherry on top. I would highly recommend this tour. Most reviews mention that the basotho village trip is a "tourist trap". I would like to remind these individuals that the locals of these lands rely on the tourism to make money. And if you can suppprt corporations, you can surely support the locals. Which is also, completely optional. This company secured a booking at the highest pub in Africa for us. The pub is rather overrated in my opinion but the Alfredo pasta was decent and the novelty of it was worth the experience. Great experience with a solid team!

A perfect day - It was perfect. Were picked up directly from the property and received an incredible amount of information. All our questions were answered and we could take a break anywhere as long as we wanted. Everything was lovingly organized and we were well looked after and felt very comfortable. 5 star tour - I spoke with Angie and booked a private tour for 3 of us a few months out. From the start she was very responsive and provided all the information we wanted to know about booking. When our guide Greg picked us up morning of the tour, he arrived early and we were greeted with a lovely treat - a beautiful bouquet of flowers for each of the ladies on the trip, a bottle of water each, a small souvenir and some handmade fudge. Greg was knowledgeable and friendly and stopped at multiple places along the drive to 'show and tell' about different sights and history. About half way up the pass we stopped at a viewpoint and when we returned to the vehicle he had homemade muffins and an assortment of homemade cookies waiting, along with coffee or juice. When we got into Lesotho and the small village, Greg shared so much knowledge about the history, people and culture and we could see that he had a real relationship with the Beotho villagers, finding personal ways to support and guide them with improving life in their small village. It was a treat to be able to meet one of the local ladies and try her homemade bread. It was delicious. Greg made the drive safe, and as smooth as possible though the rough 4x4 route. I wasnt worried at any point about safety. I will be highly reccomending this tour and the company to anyone I know planning to visit South Africa. Thank you so much Angie and Greg

Great day out recommend - Just had the amazing trip up the Sani passing .Greg our driver was excellent,punctual ,and a very good driver.He made this trip with his vast knowledge and easy going manner. The pass was challenging but in the comfortable 4 wheel drive provided it was enjoyable. Certainly recommend this trip as well the personal touches of flowers, home made cakes ,biscuits, coffee and fudge. Thank you for a great day out.

Spent a great day in Lesotho from Underberg. The driver picked us up at 9 o’clock in the morning on a comfortable 4x4 Jeep, amazing welcome gifts from Angie: homemade chocolate, Lesotho hay souvenirs and flowers. We had a really smooth drive up through amazing nature park. Had a quick coffee break with home made cookies and muffins. Beautiful viewpoints followed by about 8 km self “South African massage”: driving up through the Sani pass off-road on the top of the mountains. Quickly passed the border and finally had a quick hike next to the Black Mountain pass enjoy this day a lot thanks to our driver and Angie for organising this!

Amazing Trip to Lesotho - Our day trip to Sani Pass with guide Nathi was really great. Because of a worse wheather forecast we tried to switch our booked tour date and the Private Tour Team and guide Nathi made it possible. Therefore we could enjoy the trip on a sunny day! The Sani Pass is amazing, the visit of a Lesotho home and the highest pub in Africa a nice experience! Our guide was a good driver, very sympathic and he could explain a lot. So we spend a beautiful day in the Drakensberge!
