Adventure at its best - Thomas our tour head was awesome as well as our camera guy. I can’t remember his name but he made our pictures look fire. Steven at the coffee plantation was very down to earth and informative. This was a pretty good excursion. I would advise you get the Polaris because it sits up higher unless you like the mad mud splatter and don’t wear anything you want to wear again.

Wonderful attention - The truth this experience has been magnificent, we have definitely loved it in its entirety, we went with the family and enjoyed it like never before, the attention from the beginning to the end was complete and without inconvenience, they were always watching the whole group and they did not let anything pass definitely I WOULD REPEAT IT!!!

A DREAm - It was a great adventure, awesome people since arrival and departure. Pick up time on time they were waiting for us before we got to the point of picking up. I will do it again without a doubt.

So much fun! - My friend and I did this excursion and I had more fun than I was even expecting. Thomas was our tour guide and he was very nice. They had a cameraman taking photos. I viewed the photos and they were very nice, but the prices kept changing which made me decide not to buy them. Also, what happened to the days when your pictures were printed? They wanted to e-mail me the pics but I do not have an international plan and there was no way I felt guaranteed to receive them. (Already got scammed by another place that sent me pictures of total strangers!) Other than the pictures (which the booking did clearly state were not included) I had an awesome time on this excursion! The hotel pick-up was accurate to the minute, no transportation problems. Someone did reach out to me the day before the excursion to say my time was not available. I did purchase this quite a bit in advance but they offered another reasonable time on the same day so all in all it was fine.

Needs Improvement - It was a nice trip. The photographer was very bothersome to take our pictures even though we repeatedly told him that we’re not going to buy the photos. Especially on the beach, which wasted some of our time considering we only had 15 minutes there. I expect the locals to bother us, not someone who is with the actual company that we paid for. We were on an ATV but the ride was too slow, there should be an ATV guide leading in front, not the buggy, it’s too slow and makes it boring.

The worse experience they... - The worse experience they don’t pick you up the meet up spot was a lie I went there they oh no we change it last min i end up not doing it

Scam, terrible service. - This was the worst service. The address on the ticket is incorrect, then we texted the wats app number and was given 2 other incorrect addresses. At this point the time was past the meet up time. They then said it’s nothing they could do.

Be careful.... check with your hotel - I was always told it's cheaper to get excursions on your own. I tried that with this company and never again. All resorts have pick up locations and this company didn't pick up at the designated spot. Their pickup location was away from the hotel (although it clearly states hotel pickup) an area before you get to the resort without wifi. As a result, even though I communicated my location with the company 25 minutes before my designated pickup time hoping to be guided to the right spot using the text chain they created I wasn't picked up. Then they didn't want to refund me which is the obvious thing to do in this case. Extremely bad customer service!
