Punctuality and friendliness - Henry, the driver, super friendly and attentive as well as very punctual. Coordination with Susana by mail also very expeditious. As an observation, drivers should wear more weather-friendly clothing and not a shirt and jacket (a short-sleeved shirt or a cooler shirt for them might be better suited to high temperatures and local humidity).

Best Taxi Service - Fransi Castillo is WONDERFUL. We had to get a rapid PCR test the day before our flight. He took us from resort to the lab, translated and got up moved up the queue and then waited for us. Not only that, but the next morning on his own, he stopped by the lab and picked up the paper copy and brought it to us. CALL him for ride from airport or tour or whatever

Best driver ever!!!! - Dulce Garcia was the best tour advisor ever. She made sure we were on time everywhere and was super patient with everything. Super fun in the car and just had very good energy. Would 100% recommend her to any person wanting to tour or need a ride in Dominican Republic.

disappointed - driver tried hard but since he didn't speak english made it difficult to communicate. without communication channels all we did was see the Basilica and that was all. another local guy gave us the tour of the Basilica so we wound up tipping the viator driver and the local side hustle guy

We drove around. - Not very structured. Didn't do anything as stated on the website. The one thing we found interesting was closed when we got to it.
