• Runners Adventures - The tour begins with a visit to a traditional country house, where participants can interact with Dominicans and discover how they sustain themselves using organic products. Visitors will have the chance to sample roasted coffee and cocoa. The second part of the tour takes place in a stunning botanical garden, offering insights into the island’s native plants and flowers.

The following 45 minutes are dedicated to a guided tour at Monkeyland, where guests can closely interact with the delightful and sociable squirrel monkeys. These intelligent creatures have been trained by a Canadian couple with 35 years of experience in animal care, including 12 years at the Toronto Zoo, to trust and enjoy human interaction.

The tour is set on 5 acres of beautiful land that the monkeys call home. They are fully accustomed to human presence, often descending from the trees to perch on shoulders and eat from visitors’ hands. Be cautious… they are fascinated by all things bright and intriguing!

The little monkeys love posing for photos and might even sit and, if permitted, look at themselves in your camera. Absolutely adorable! Come and share an unforgettable experience!
