A fun mess! - Great time! Bumpy and messy and awesome! It goes by fast, but it was great for me and my family of 4 with 2 teens. Highly recommended. Felix is great, as is Freeman.

A great time! - This was an excellent experience! We’ve done buggies before and enjoyed it, but this was a great time! Felix was our guide and he was funny, kind, and ensured everyone was safe and had fun. The equipment was clean (well, on departure… lol) and reliable, no one in our group had any problems. If you book, ensure you wear clothes/shoes that can be potentially ruined due to dirt/mud. Gators or bandanas are helpful, they sell them if you don’t bring or forget your own. They offer multiple options for vehicles, 4/2/1 seaters, being buggies, or ATVs. Great experience! Book without any hesitation!

First Time Buggy Riders in DR - The not so good: Seatbelts are literally a cloth belt tied around you and the side of the buggy. The buggies are old with challenging steering and brakes. We had to switch buggies at the final stop after the brakes went out completely. There were no helmets provided and no instructions on how to operate the buggy, though it wasn’t hard to figure it out. Speed of the buggy is generally low. The good: Unique way for first timers to quickly see parts of the DR. We had no injuries or safety issues despite the aforementioned concerns. Tips: bring a bandana and glasses/goggles. Choose a different tour with helmets if you have kids or your nerves aren’t up for semi-dangerous but exhilarating fun!

Would have chosen a different Buggy tour - Where should I start....we.just.compled this tour yesterday. Multiple buggies kept breaking down. At least 3 buggies were replaced mid trip. No instructions from the guide on how to operate the buggies. We were rear ended by another driver. My back is still sore from the accident. Steering failed on my buggy which caused it to run off the road into the trees and bushes. Instead of giving me a replacement buggy they put me and my wife on an ATV, which we were not comfortable being on together. During the trip the guide's ATV lost a wheel and he had to ride side saddle on one of my friend's buggy. Overall, the staff was rude and rushed us through the tour. I would NOT recommend this tour operator after such a horrible experience.

DO NOT BOOK THIS BUGGY TOUR!!! - My partner & I went on a buggy tour, with a different co., in Punta Cana in 2018. It was great. So, I booked this co., for our family group, due to the customer ratings. The buggies are welded together pieces of crap! Our breaks BARELY worked. We had to go back to the base once and stop on the tour a 2nd time, so that they could replace my cousin’s buggy TWICE! They charged us $40 for $2 goggles (you can’t rent them). My partner’s broke after our 1st stop. I asked for a replacement pair, you would have thought that I was asking for ownership of the place. FINALLY, after much ado, phone calls and side conferences, I was “allowed” to get a new pair. We were taken to the dirtiest, smallest, cave on the island, not the beautiful, CLEAN, large one we had been taken to previously. We were never taken to an area where we could purchase nice souvenirs, only back to their base, to be given the “hard sell” on their souvenirs. We were guided, unnecessarily, through deep mud puddles, where one of the buggies got stuck and had to be pushed out. All and all a terrible tour. Because I recommended and books this group, I did not ask my family to reimburse me, thusly, I am out of $477.00 USD!

DONT BOOK - This tour is a scam. The ATV ride lasted less than one hour, and most of the time was spent being moved from place to place where they try to sell you additional things. We were constantly pressured to buy extras. They take you only to very touristy spots where they clearly have agreements with vendors, and everything is grossly overpriced (for example, a piña colada for $25). Total waste of time and money. Do not recommend.
