- Urquhart Castle - The next destination is the magnificently positioned Urquhart Castle, situated on the shore of Loch Ness. Visitors can admire the castle’s strategic location on a rocky promontory with a panoramic view up and down Loch Ness, while soaking in the atmosphere of one of Scotland’s most iconic lochs.
- Fort Augustus Abbey - Continuing to Fort Augustus, located at the southern tip of Loch Ness on the Great Glen Way, this historic and picturesque hamlet is a favored tourist spot.
